Na wstępie gospodarz udostępnił dokument ze wskazówkami dotarcia do apartamentu, co było bardzo pomocne. W apartamencie czekał powitalny kosz z kilkoma produktami (np. na aglio e clio) oraz woda, piwo i mleko w lodówce. Biała pościel i białe ręczniki. Świetna lokalizacja jako baza wypadowa na zwiedzanie Mediolanu.
