Urban Apartment in the Heart of Paddington

Suitable location walking distance to shops restaurants.

Stairs leading down to the property were slippery and dangerous without hand rails. Poor outlook.

Convenience to the location we were visiting.

There were no welcoming products ( cookies, fruit, bottled water, etc. ) No butter, salt and pepper, etc. No information on places to eat or visit, etc.

The location was perfect for me and close to many restaurants and coffee cafes to enjoy .

I have no complaints .. it was comfortable, roomy, clean and welcoming, thank you for a lovely stay

Inside the apartment we find a good kitchen layout, plenty of available crockery, cutlery etc., a good sized lounge room and bedroom.

The images and details shown on the website are in the least incomplete if not potentially misleading. The image seems to suggest that the apartment is at street level with a carport out front. Now whilst the detail content does not firmly say that the carport is available, it does not say that the only parking available is on the street. On a number of occasions, the single parking spot on the street outside the property was taken up by someone else and on each occasion, only one (1) other spare car spot anywhere on the street was available. The info provided a few days before our stay said that there was ample parking available. I cannot agree that that statement is valid based on our experience. The apartment itself is underneath the property seen in the image, and requires walking down two (2) levels of steep steps. With luggage especially, my knees did not appreciate the steep steps down. There is also no safety railing to hold when going down the stairs. The sensor light near the apartment from door only comes on when you start to go down the second set of stairs when entering the property. This property would not be suitable for someone with disability issues or knees worse than mine.
