The location was excellent and very easy to get to Canterbury central.
The ground floor flat was very convenient. However, this limited the view. This was not an issue as the property was very affordable and the host was extremely helpful and courteous.

The apartment is next to department stores like ALDI and ASDA which makes shopping very convenient. Right at the door step is a Gregg's and Subway. The town center is a 20 minute walking distance which makes the apartment comfortably located. The landlord Husnain was available for whenever we needed any assistance. This is an apartment for max 3 adults for a weekend in Canterbury.
We locked our keys in and ended up paying GBP 190 to get the landlord to deliver an alternate set. Contingencies like these need to be planned even if the landlord stays far away. The cleaning, kettle and the beds defintely need some more attention.
