    Great resort with water play facilities. Kid love the water slide. Breakfast with many option, tasted good. Walking distance to the beach. Resort provided beach bag, slipper and towel. Thank you for the birthday surprises !

    Stay, food, facilities, pool are awesome. Children will enjoy the mini waterpark in the pool. Need to walk quite a bit if your room is away from reception.

    Booked this resort after reading the good reviews. Resort was very near to the beautiful Karon beach. There were a few options for halal food nearby. Patong is about 20mins drive away. Resort is clean and staff were friendly. We were allocated to Blk 5 which was a long walk from the entrance. Clocked in our steps everyday. Buggy service was available.

    This was a disastrous family trip. We arrived at 12:00 and waited in line for an hour, only to be told check-in starts at 15:00. We emailed the hotel one and a half months in advance requesting two connecting rooms, and the hotel replied they would try to arrange it. We returned at 15:00 and queued for another 1.5 hours. The lobby had no air conditioning and was boiling hot. When we finally got to the counter, they said one room was not ready and told us to come back at 16:20. We waited in the available room, but there was no connecting door at all. Why lie that the connecting room was being cleaned? Rooms were tiny, damp, and far from the beach. The elevator would overload with just four adults. Then the reception claimed our booked room type did not have connecting rooms. Why didn’t they inform us ahead of time? No reasonable explanation was given. I offered to pay extra for an upgrade, yet the female manager said the hotel was fully booked and told me to try the next day. Ironically, I successfully booked another room for 1–3 Oct via Agoda. If it was fully booked, how was this possible? I asked the front desk to extend my stay for 3–5 Oct, as I could not book online. They allowed cash payment at ***THB per night and issued a receipt, telling me to check in at 18:30. I came back the fourth time at 18:30. Staff double-checked: 1–3 Oct online booking, 3–5 Oct cash booking, and I showed them the receipt. On Oct 3, I received a call asking why I hadn’t checked out. I had to go to the front desk a fifth time to fix the reservation. Even after confirming my extended stay, the room door could be opened from outside at night. I waited for half an hour at 11 PM to reactivate my room key. The room was old and full of ants. Breakfast was terrible. I called out to the omelette chef multiple times, but she ignored me until another staff member alerted her. Terrible service. The hotel is overpriced and nothing like advertised. Save your money and avoid this place!
