    Great location. Friendly staff. Bathroom well maintained and clean. 7-11 just 2 minutes walking distance. Massage center and restaurants and cafe just nearby the hotel.

    The Baan Karonburi is in a great location but unfortunately has some major negatives. The paving around the pool is incredibly slippery and a number of people sustained injuries during our stay. The renovation works (loud jackhammering) went from 8am-5pm every day including the weekends meaning staying at all in your room during the day was impossible. There are no ladders/rails etc into the pool from a pool access room (crawling on hands and knees the only way in and out). Disappointing and a real shame considering the hotel’s location.
