    I stayed for 1 month, during the entire time there was renovations on the second floor using loud power tool all day and night, I mentioned the noise to the front desk after 2 weeks, their reply “it was the cleaning staff” I called again after another week of little rest after I mentioned the noise is from renovations in room 1208, they offered to upgrade my room but never followed through, I felt under appreciated, belittled, stressed the entire time there, the last 3 days they offered me a complimentary breakfast which I never attended because the breakfast was undercooked eggs, bread and no fruit. I would not recommend staying here.

    The accommodation and facilities are very good. The services also were superb! My friends and I were satisfied with our stay here for 3 days 2 nights. I would recommend this hotel to those who want to have a holiday in Phuket. The view was insane, Kata Beach is beautiful and mesmerizing, and this beach is literally a few steps away from the hotel. After-all, i have a very wonderful experience there.

    Very far from the airport, staff were good but were not able to help us book transfers to next hotel and we had to find a van ourselves. Rooms were big, clean, but a bit dated. Pool was nice but small, breakfast was basic. The area is noisy but some cute restaurants in the area.
