Very good location, right in front of the beach, friendly staff and everything was good. thank you for the surprise birthday cake!

Breakfast very simple and less variation, taste not so delicious. The unit not so clean, same with pool. Need regular clean up and detail cleaning work.

Could do with a bit of maintenance. Looks a bit shabby and tired.
Breakfast was not the best.

Hotel can’t be compared to a 4-5 star hotel cuz the facilities are pretty old. I stayed here during September, which is quite a rainy season in Phuket. We had rain on most days, although there were still some sunny days. If you’re planning to do lots of tours and outdoor activities, I’d recommend avoiding September. The room itself was clean and the air-conditioning worked well and stayed nice and cool. However, the hotel facilities were just old, and the breakfast was pretty mid. The location is great if you’re looking for somewhere close to Karon Beach. One thing to note is that there’s a large canal/drain right in front of the hotel near the beach, and the water looks quite dirty where it mixes with the seawater. Because of this, we usually walked a little further down the beach to swim. Also, the waves at Karon Beach can be extremely strong. If you’re coming to Phuket mainly to surf, I’d recommend staying around Kata or Kalim instead.
