Check-in time is 4:00 PM.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Earlier check-ins and later check-out can be requested 24 hours before and will be granted depending on availability. A surcharge may apply.
HOUSEKEEPING:
This is a self catering vacation home and as such you are expected to do your own shopping and regular cleaning. We do offer the option of daily or mid-stay, hotel-style cleaning services. This is an extra service and a surcharge applies. Start-up supplies are provided and will be restocked if you request our optional daily or mid-stay hotel-style cleaning service. We provide 1 set bath linen per person max occupancy; extra sets are available at a surcharge.
BEACH ESSENTIALS:
We provide beach chairs (6), beach towels and a cooler. We do not provide snorkeling equipment or umbrellas.
CONCIERGE SERVICE:
Our Guest Relations Team can assist with making arrangements for transportation, private chefs, yachts, and other vacation activities.

Easy check in,great house for 3 couples. We loved the pool, walking distance to grocery store and a couple restaurants. Would stay here again

This home is beautiful, spacious, and clean! It has everything you need to start your vacation. There was ample storage for luggage and this home also included a safe box! The pool was an added plus! The backyard has ample space and furniture for lounging. There’s a restroom in the backyard near the pool and a shower to rinse. There is also lighting for the backyard (including the pool). The light switch is just a little hard to find at first. The area seems safe and quiet. The house numbers are a little off from where the GPS takes us, but keep on driving and you will fine the house easily marked with the Casiola signage. Only small issue is that the keys for the house and gate were noted to be placed in a “drawer” which really was like a small cabinet or something. So it took a little while to find them. Also, took a while to figure out how to lock the front door when leaving it the house (smart lock) but that may be user error. Check in and check out was a breeze. We were given supplies (paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher and laundry pods, coffee, etc) to start off our trip. You will need to purchase additional amenities if you need more. Linens including beach towels were provided. I love the small touches that included hand soap/lotion, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, which gave the stay a “hotel-like” feel. It was the perfect location for my trip (close Palm Beach). There is space for a car inside a gated driveway. Management was responsive and extremely helpful!
