About this villa rental
Brand new villa over 3200 sqft ( bungalow) walking distance to Ritz and Marriott hotels and Palm beach and Chabad of Aruba. It feature large outdoor palapa with sitting area and outdoor dining table for 10 overlooking the beautiful gardens , large swimming pool with waterfall. The villa has open concept with gourmet kitchen with LG stainless steel appliances , granite counters , raised bar . The living room and dining has large glass patio doors overlooking the pool. 5 bedrooms with king beds and ensuite bathrooms , smart TV in each bedroom Large pool deck with palapa for outdoor entertaining The large open concept living room and kitchen is overlooking the swimming pool and gardens. Please note that 5th bedroom is free standing building and it is only available when all the 5 bedrooms are booked. the listed rates are for the 4 bedroom /8 people Any additional guests adults or children above 8 will have to pay extra The additional fee depends on the season and will be included in the quote.

Our stay here was amazing. The house was just as described. It was perfect for our family of 6. Allowed everyone to have their own room and bathroom. My husband and I enjoyed our own space with the pool house. The pool was perfect for coming back from the beach and relaxing. Tanya welcomed us to the house. She took the time to later that evening to text with a list of great places to eat and activities to do around the island. We would stay here again for sure.

We travel to Aruba every year and have stayed many places (high rise hotels, rentals etc.) This may be our new favorite. What many of the reviews I read didn't explain is that this house actually has one of the best layouts for a family vacation I've seen. There are 4 bedrooms in the main house and a studio type guesthouse. In the main house, each bedroom has its own bathroom and each set of two bed/two bath is sort of in a little pod. This was perfect for us. Me, my husband and kids shared a pod of two bedrooms/baths, and my brother and his kids shared a pod of two bedrooms/baths and then my parents stayed in the small guest house near the pool. Pool was great, and outside there is a huge palapa with a dining table and a new looking Weber grill.
You could easily walk to Palm Beach from this property, but we usually loaded up all of our beach gear and it's about a 2 minute drive to the Marriott Stellaris and Ritz Carleton.
The host was fantastic, very communicative and made sure that we have everything we needed. Kitchen was well-equipped, house has a full-sized washer and dryer and had beach towels, beach chairs and even coolers. We will definitely be back next year.

Maria & Peter were great host before & during our stay. Maria would reply to messages quickly & helped us with vehicle rentals. She offered to help with more but I couldn’t herd the cats to book more. Peter was very generous with his time helping us get our bearings. Every time we reached out the response was quick & helpful. Other than that we didn’t see them. The privacy was great. Kitchen has everything you generally would need (I wish I had a muddler). House is a great room with 4 suites & a separate stand alone suite (I stayed here & loved the separation). Location is 10-15 walk to some of the best beaches I’ve ever seen (I’ve seen a lot). We had Jeep’s but also rented mountain bikes. We rented for 24 hours (next trip will be all week). We enjoyed cycling to the beach & up to California Lighthouse & the backcountry around it. If you’re more interested in nightlife maybe you would prefer a little farther south. 5 en-suite bedrooms fit our group perfectly. It’s nice at our ages ~35-51 to not have to sleep in a room set up for kids. Pool is an oasis with a lot of plants & a great covered area with a large table. The roof kept us all dry in what seemed to be daily 10 minute occurrences (apparently not the norm). Great hosts, great house, great area. Loved it
