Welcome to our Newly renovated Bonita springs mid century modern home!
Nestled minutes away from the Barefoot, Bonita and Vanderbilt beach, this beach house is a true haven for relaxation and enjoyment.
Step outside to discover a screened lanai with a heated pool and a rejuvenating hot spa along with hammocks, picnic, and grill area. The home has a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, dining area, and living area with plenty of space for gatherings.
This is a newly renovated 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home with a heated pool, hot spa and outdoor living area in a screened lanai.
The master bedroom has two full beds and a TV with attached bathroom. The second bedroom has a king bed, and the third bedroom has a queen bed.
Everything you need for the beach is also provided such as beach chairs, umbrellas, body boards, coolers, bikes and an inflatable boat/kayaks. For those looking to explore the area, we also have bikes, allowing you to navigate the area of Bonita Springs.
The house is also conveniently located to restaurants, supermarkets and boat rentals. It is also close to many stores and shopping centers, like The Promenade at Bonita Bay, Coconut Point shopping center and Miromar Outlet Mall in Estero and Waterside premier shopping and dining in Naples.
The Fort Myer's International Airport is just a short 30 minutes drive from our home or 2 hours to Fort Lauderdale International Airport.

Upon arrival we noticed a horrible smell, we discovered the smell was from a few rugs that had been soaked due to the pool over flowing. We had three people on the phone with VRBO trying to find someone that could help. The staff at VRBO was horrible and kept us in a hold, transfer, disconnect cycle for nearly 4 hours. When the Host was finally able to talk to VRBO with us it all got resolved pretty much instantly. This host is amazing, VRBO customer service, not so much.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Close to a lot of things, nice quiet neighborhood that you can walk around. Nice little pool and hot tub. Good beds and linens. Quick communications with manager. Lots to like.
