All in perfect order. We have a 2 person kayak was easily launched from near by beach. Daniel host is a true gentleman respectful of our privacy. This place is worth it! Stephen and Deborah

We wanted to explore Rhode Island since we've never been and found this VRBO to be a very cute and comfortable place for us and our two kids (5&10). Having a private beach right next door was awesome. There was a heat wave for a couple days so not having a window AC unit in the master bedroom made it a bit uncomfortable but once the outside temp got back to normal the room was fine. The two single beds in the loft area worked great for our kids. Also, check-in and check-out couldn't have been easier. Thanks so much! Will be telling others of this place.
