It was fine for the night. The house was very inviting and had everything you needed for a quick stay and plenty of games for a longer one. It was very convenient to URI and the surrounding towns. I would go back. Since I just rented a room in the house, it was what I expected.
Since it was a room in a house and there was only one bathroom, I was on edge a little about that. The bed needed to be flipped, as it had a noticeable dip on one side.
