The Accommodation
Seaside, with a breathtaking view, in the peaceful consortium of Conca Verde (this part of the island is magical), the house is particularly pleasant with several terraces and living areas depending on the time of day, allowing everyone to have their own space.
The house, very comfortable, has been completely renovated and fully refitted with all necessary comforts in June 2023. Moreover, each room is air-conditioned.

The rooftop will allow you to rest, sunbathe, or have an aperitif at the end of the day with a breathtaking view of the Maddalena archipelago.

The upper living room extends onto a sheltered terrace with a magnificent view of the sea and the Maddalena islands in front of the house.

The lower living room also extends onto a terrace in the heart of the Mediterranean garden.

All these exteriors will allow you to dine outside, relax, read, write, sunbathe, play, work, but also slow down, reconnect with nature, and enjoy the calm with a fantastic view of the sea.

Finally, a small patio in front of the house will allow you to use a pizza oven or a barbecue to prepare your grilled dishes and/or fish caught in the Bouches de Bonifacio.

The environment around the Dolce Vita is beautiful. From the bottom of the garden, through a small gate, you have direct access to two small almost private sandy beaches 100m away. At 400m, another beach, accessible by a small path along the sea, offers umbrellas, a straw hut for lunch or dinner, and a very professional boat rental. You will find about ten 40 HP boats that can be rented without a license and 150HP or 250HP for those who have a license.

Just 15 minutes by boat, you can access magnificent sites: the islands of Maddalena (Spargi, Budelli, Razzoli, Santa Maria, La Maddalena) and only 40-50 minutes away, the Lavezzi islands and Bonifacio in Corsica. All these exceptional sites are very easy to access and each is more beautiful than the last.

In the small port of Porto Pozzo, 4km from the house, you will find food shops, a pharmacy, restaurants, and a very good gelataria.
You can also go to Santa Teresa Gallura, 15 minutes by car, which offers everything you need and a beautiful walk facing the Bouches de Bonifacio, from Rena Bianca beach to a magnificent Sardinian tower overlooking the sea.
From Palau, 20 minutes from the house, you can take a ferry to the island of La Maddalena in 10 minutes and spend a wonderful day visiting and enjoying its beautiful beaches.

The mythical port of Porto Cervo on the Costa Smeralda, with its countless yachts and luxury shops, as well as its beaches, is 40 minutes away by car, or by boat from the sea.

For sailing enthusiasts (kite, windsurf, etc.), the nautical base of Porto Pollo, its famous spots, and various world-renowned schools are about twenty minutes from the house.

Many beautiful coves and sandy beaches are also near the Conca Verde consortium, such as La Licciola.

Finally, for those passionate about archaeology, ancient civilization, and history, the region is home to the most beautiful Nuragic sites in Sardinia, such as in Arzachena or Capo Testa. The Nuragic culture appeared in Sardinia during the first Bronze Age, around the 18th century BC. Nuragic sites can also be found throughout the region.

You can also enjoy delicious Italian cuisine and Sardinian specialties that will appeal to all, young and old. Two vineyards are also worth visiting in the surroundings of Conca Verde.

The nearest airport is in Olbia, about an hour from the house.
