About this house rental
Bungalow with Ocean View, lovely terras on Lot 14, this is the booking option for floor 1 with 1 bedroom and own kitchen, separate room with washing machine/tumbler just 3 minutes drive distance or 10 minutes walking distance to the beach.
You can book also separately floor 2 with 1 additional bedroom for 5 additional people (7 pax max booking both floor).
You have a dive center 2 minutes walking distance, Yoga Retreat 2 min with the car, Beach 3 min with the car, 7 min to town Paquera with 3 Groceries, Restaurants, Hospital, 10min from Curu National Park, 10 other beaches close with only 3 to 20 min car drive.
You can do many amazing tours in the area, host is going to give a PDF with all options and will even book them for you if required. Isla Tortuga Tour, Waterfall tour, Curu National Park, Bird watching, Kayak, SUP, Surf, spectacular night Kayak Bioluminescence tour, horse riding and more.

Carlos was a great host! The comunication was great! He helped us with everything! The room is much better then the photos showed! It has a very good kitchen and a perfect view!!!! I recommend it strongly 👏

This gorgeous condo is situated in a new development surrounded by native flora and fauna -- quite the juxtaposition of modern architecture and conveniences in a jungle with howler monkeys eating berries from the trees just off the balcony and ant colonies on the move on the ground below. The location gives the feeling of peace and isolation but is convenient to so many activities, restaurants, and other amazing sites. Carlos, the host, was such a resource for local activities and other offerings and was super attentive to our needs as guests. He put us in touch with what ended up being some of our favorite tour guides on our entire Costa Rica trip.
The apartment itself is quite comfortable and stylish and incredibly clean with a very nice mattress and bedding (We slept so well!), loads of storage, plenty of cleaning supplies, and a full-size washer/dryer combo. The kitchen is fully stocked with every appliance you would need for even a few weeks' stay. The air conditioner is the perfect size for the space, and there is an abundance of windows with screens, so it's easy to save some energy and let fresh and light air in. There are also blackout shades for those who would want more privacy and a darkened sleeping cave.
With Carlos' attentiveness and the comfort we enjoyed, we will definitely be staying here next time we visit the area!
