A unique place to relax and be surrounded by nature. This two-bedroom house is ideally located between Playa Herradura and Jacó Beach, making it the perfect spot to enjoy your favorite activities—whether that’s relaxing, going out at night, playing sports, and more.
The house is located on a large property; you can see the main house up on the hill. It’s newly built with modern finishes in a comfortable space. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, including a dining table.
The space
The apartment is located on a 5,000 m² lot, which contains only the main house and this guest house. The property is ideal for birdwatching and spotting white-faced monkeys.
The apartment offers a comfortable and cozy space with two bedrooms. The living area is an open, flowing space with a dining table and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a glass-ceramic cooktop and everything you need for an ideal stay.
It has secure private parking for more than two cars.
The master bedroom gets plenty of natural light through its glass doors that open onto the terrace. It features a workspace with a desk. It includes a queen-size bed, lamps, a walk-in closet, and a spacious private bathroom.
The second bedroom has two single beds and a closet. All bedrooms have air conditioning.
In the back, you’ll find a sink and a clothesline for hanging laundry.
The property is just a few minutes’ walk from some beautiful waterfalls. A family-friendly atmosphere surrounded by nature.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house. You’ll have access to the garden surrounding the guest house, but access to the main house area is restricted. If you need laundry service or house cleaning, we’ll be happy to provide it for an additional fee.
