Pier Pointe 6A1 is a First Floor Almost Oceanfront 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom Condo that is breathtakingly just one building away from the Oceanfront! Rentals are available throughout the year, so this is an amazing option for you and your family no matter when you like to travel! Afraid you'll be disconnected for too long during your vacation?! No problem! High-Speed Wireless Internet is provided by the complex! The large living area has a NEW VIZIO 50" Class 4K Ultra High Definition LED Smart TV with streaming and other apps pre-installed for all of your streaming needs to boot!
Pier Pointe 6A1 comes with a beach-side covered deck with Adirondack chairs and snack tables - to make things even more convenient, the deck is accessed directly from the living area. There is also a street-side deck with the same seating options, so you have plenty of options to choose from!
The condo has a dining area and a kitchen with everything you'll need including two complete sets of flatware and serving utensils!
Master Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, Element 24-inch ROKU Smart LED TV, full bathroom with an extra-large jacuzzi tub, separate stall shower and two-sink vanity.
Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and an Element 24-inch ROKU Smart LED TV. This room has access to a full bathroom in the hallway with a stall shower.

(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.

My wife and I spent a week here and it was great. My wife says this is the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in (and she has OCD, so that is a huge compliment), though we did need to wipe down the bathroom countertops and scrub the kitchen sink when we arrived. The furnishings are comfortable and in great condition, and there is storage galore! I appreciated the short walk to the beach, though it was not well marked and took us a minute to figure out (it’s behind and to the right of the building, directly across the parking lot), and my wife appreciated the little things – like the full length mirror, luggage racks in both rooms and full sets of dishes, glassware and silverware. The only issue we really had was the water. It is not great for drinking (don’t even try it) or showering (not the best smell) or cleaning dishes. You will definitely want to buy bottled water and bring rinse agent for the dishwasher. Shelling was iffy, but the beach was pristine and, even though the back of the condo faces the main drag, traffic noise is not an issue at all. We used the pool a couple of times and it was nice and relaxing, but could use some powerwashing and a little TLC. We would definitely recommend this condo and would 100% return!

The unit itself was a little dated, but it was well kept and clean. Perfectly functional and situated in a great location. The showers are a tight fit, but it’s nice to have two full bathrooms. The exterior and grounds are very well kept. And the pool was great. Very clean and never crowded. Multiple walkways lead to the beach. Exterior showers and hoses/foot washes were in good shape. Sandal Factory and Dollar General are within walking distance. Would definitely recommend for small groups or families. Our unit was listed for 4 people max occupancy.

Son had leave from Marine Corps Air Station New River, NC for a couple days over 4th of July Holiday, great time to visit, beach access close by, roomy condo for parents with 2 adult sons, nice front porch to have coffee or tea, hear the waves and store beach chairs, shower and hose outside to rinse off beach chairs,short 10 minute drive to grocery store, definitely rent again if in area.
