This property has three bedrooms, with balcony, one of them with private bathroom equipped with bathtub. The large living room offers a comfortable area and access to a nice balcony with a superb sea view, where you can enjoy a coffee and relax in the good weather that is felt in this location. - According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.

We want you to feel at home. We do not ask for more than respect for neighbours and care for the property, in addition to not smoking inside the house.
ATTENTION
-Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Calheta. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.
-No pets allowed. Please don’t feed wild or domestic animals.
-No parties allowed.

We had an great stay! The rental was impeccably clean and the check-in process was a breeze. We especially appreciated the swift and helpful communication from the staff, who resolved every minor issue within minutes. The location was perfect, and the facilities were outstanding. The property had a few minor, normal wear-and-tear issues, but these didn't detract from our wonderful experience. We'd give this place a perfect 5 out of 5 and would highly recommend it!

Nice stay with regular clean sheets and towels. Complete kitchen. Beautiful view with spacious balcony. Close to beach and supermarket.

Nice big appartment with lots of facilities.
It was nice and clean, the car can be stalled in the garage.
