It was great for my family to stay for the week. Very clean, in a nice neighborhood and the host communicated right away. The furnishings and window shades are pretty banged up and there wasn’t a lot of seating in the living room, but over all it was very nice.

The flat is in a good location and has good bones, but unfortunately is not in great repair. One of the blinds fell down when we tried to close it, the kitchen baseboard falls off when you open the dishwasher, and the shaver outlets in the bathrooms weren't working. That said, it was spotlessly clean, and able to sleep all of our party comfortably. The instructions for getting in and out were clear and straightforward, and the location is convenient for all of London with easy access to transport.
