Cozy vacation rental in a quiet location with a balcony and room for 4 people.
One of the double beds is located on the small loft, which is accessed via a staircase in the living area.
A cozy one-bedroom vacation rental awaits you, featuring a double bed and an additional box-spring bed on the loft in the living area. The living room offers a large, comfortable corner couch as well as a dining area with a table and chairs. You can step directly onto the balcony from the living room.
In the well-equipped kitchen, you’ll find everything you need to whip up a delicious meal. If you don’t feel like cooking, you’re welcome to enjoy a meal at one of the local restaurants.
The bathroom was renovated in June 2024. During the renovation, the walls were retiled and the shower enclosure was replaced. It features a shower, toilet, sink, mirror, towel rack, and hair dryer.
Free parking is available right in front of the building entrance.
The vacation rental is located in a quiet residential complex in Sankt Andreasberg, directly across from the local mini-golf course. Both restaurants and shopping options are within easy walking distance.
The nearby Harz National Park offers a little bit of everything: from active sports to rest and relaxation.
Sankt Andreasberg boasts many hiking trails around the Sonnenberg and Matthias-Schmidt-Berg. For little adventurers, there’s a summer toboggan run and a high ropes course just a short walk from the front door. For older adventurers, there’s a mountain bike park with trails of varying difficulty levels and bike rentals.
In winter, you’ll find several downhill runs of varying difficulty levels on the Matthias-Schmidt-Berg. In Sankt Andreasberg, there’s a large ski and tobogganing area right next to the spa park. The surrounding area also offers numerous cross-country ski trails of varying distances and difficulty levels.
