Welcome to our newly renovated (June 2025) vacation rental—your perfect vacation destination for relaxation and enjoying nature! The apartment is situated in a quiet location and offers space for up to 4 people in approximately 66 square meters.
Enjoy relaxing moments on the spacious balcony with a beautiful view of the countryside—the ideal place to unwind on a lounge chair or enjoy a glass of wine in the evening.
The apartment features:
* 1 bedroom with a comfortable double bed
* 1 additional bedroom with a pull-out bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m when extended)
* A modern and fully equipped kitchen
* A bright, stylishly furnished living/dining room
* A modern bathroom with a shower
* Parking space right next to the house
The modern amenities, combined with the peaceful, nature-filled surroundings, offer you the perfect balance between comfort and relaxation.
Location and Activities:
The vacation rental is located on the 1st floor of a residential complex, not far from the Sankt Andreasberg spa gardens. The nearby Harz National Park offers a little bit of everything: from active sports to rest and relaxation.
Sankt Andreasberg boasts many hiking trails around the Sonnenberg and Matthias-Schmidt-Berg. For little adventurers, there’s a summer toboggan run and a high ropes course just steps from the front door. For older adventurers, there’s a mountain bike park with trails of varying difficulty levels and bike rentals.
In winter, you’ll find several slopes of varying difficulty levels on the Matthias-Schmidt-Berg. In Sankt Andreasberg, there’s a large ski and tobogganing area right next to the spa park. The surrounding area also offers numerous cross-country ski trails of varying distances and difficulty levels.
