The apartment is located on the 3rd and last floor with elevator, it is composed of a fully equipped kitchen (Senseo, dishwasher, washing machine, 4-burner hob, a fridge-freezer, microwave.The main living room has a dining area and a lounge area with TV, sea view and direct access to the terrace from the kitchen living room.
A corridor which leads to two bedrooms with a 140cm double bed and a bedroom with two 90cm single beds, a bathroom with bathtub and shower as well as a separate toilet. All rooms have a sea view and storage space.
A 15m² sea view terrace and a 50m² roof terrace with a breathtaking view of Gruissan, the chalets and Grazel beach. 2 Parking Spaces. Collective swimming pool.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it upon handing over the keys (double bed kit: 12.00 euros/single bed kit: 9.00 euros/towel kit : with a large and a small towel: €8.00).
