Rooms were clean, an abundance of pillows for the beds, all of the appliances worked well. Hubby was great with the thermostat so I didn't bother it. Although the pictures make the green look very bright, I found it to not seem so bright. The shutters on the outside always helped me recognize my turn into my new home for the week. We did have hot water heater problems, but that was corrected faster than I thought possible. Next renters know you have a new hot water heater! Communication with Blake was very good. We did talk once but used text messages afterward. It was a lovely base for our exploration of the Charleston area. I hadn't been there in Charleston since 1982 (44 yrs ago) when I had 20 Girls Scouts there staying aboard the Yorktown Aircraft carrier and exploring the city. The condo is located in a tidy, quiet neighborhood that was easy to get to main highways. Condo is well insulated. Never heard a plane, nor the children playing outside. It was a lovely week.

It's a fine house unless you want to take a shower in hot water, prefer privacy (the bathroom and bedroom doors don't lock), expect basic things like toilet paper or hand soap to be stocked, don't want a bad smell, or dislike rude answers from the management company when raising issues like these.
