The upper level houses an eat in kitchen, living room with hardwood floors, The living room has sliders out to a wraparound deck. Premium outside living space on wraparound deck relaxing on comfy furniture. Comes with a beach pass to 2 beach passes Charlestown Town Beach and Blue Shutters. Bring your kayaks or a motor boat to tie up to private dock? Walk down to the pond and boat over to barrier beach, water ski, or head out the breachway to Block Island. The beach is about a 1-2 mile drive form 69 Shadberry Trail. Green Hill Park which boasts 2 tennis courts, a playground and a basketball court is about a mile away. Beautiful hiking trails can be found at Trustom Wildlife Refuge. Drive to Newport or Mystic. Ferry ride to BI. Enjoy all Southern RI has to offer.

It was a perfect setting for our family get together. We were disappointed to find that it was unsafe to swim off the dock. I recommend making that clearer

This is a perfect property for a large family, especially with grown children, spouses, etc. Plenty of room for everyone! Joyce the property manager, was very responsive for anything we may have needed. She met us at the home, which is in a great location, close to everything, but quiet and private. The house is well equipped for cooking and dining. Multiple hang out areas both indoor and out. My family loved it, no complaints! We will be back next year. Thank you Joyce.
