Comfortable family friendly beach house located on barrier beach between Green Hill Pond and Charlestown Beach. Enjoy 360 degree water views from the expansive wrap around deck. Dine al fresco in the front with an ocean view or in the back with the sunset and tranquil salt pond view. Access to Green Hill Pond via our private path to SUP or kayak. Walk for miles in either direction on the beach- toward Charlestown Breachway to the right or Green Hill to the left. An ideal spot for your dream beach vacation.

Lynn and David were fabulous hosts. Lynn met us at the door and we felt right at home. We had my parents, several of my adult(ish) children, my husband and myself. We fit everyone very comfortably and the pictures do not do this home and stay justice. It was better than even than the pictures. If we weren’t buying a house down the street, we’d stay again. We will definitely recommend it to family as a place to stay when we can’t fit everyone.

this is a special beach home, well cared for and well represented by listing. We had a lovely, quiet time - didn't matter if we had New England sun or clouds - even foggy days are lovely! Room layout is great for grandparents that stayed a few nights on first floor. Kitchen is fine - better condition than many rentals in the area - we have stayed at several in the past. This will be our first choice when we can! Thank you to the thoughtful owners for sharing this spot in paradise! Cheers!

this house is the ultimate beach vacation home. it's located right on the beach. the ocean is so close you can fall asleep to the sound of the waves. on the back side you have beautiful views of a saltwater lake. there are views from every window. furthermore, there are two huge decks that take advantage of both views. the host were very welcoming and attentive.
