You’ll enjoy walking into this private two story four bedroom home, with two living areas. With all its amenities, you’ll automatically feel right at home. The house is fully air-conditioned with high-speed WIFI, fresh linens, towels, toilet paper, soap, and shampoo provided.

Walk into the expansive/open living room with large panoramic windows that look out to an outdoor patio and view of Duck Lake. It features:
-Cozy sleeper sofa bed with wonderful lake views to curl up on in the early morning and enjoyed that first cup of coffee.
- 65 inch smart TV with Roku built in.
-Bluetooth Speaker allowing you to share your Summer playlist and favorite songs.
-A Variety of Board Games (i.e., Monopoly, Scrabble, Risk, etc.)
Kitchen & Dining
The living room opens up into the gourmet kitchen and dining area, where you can enjoy a quiet dinner cooked at home or delivered from one of our many famous neighborhood restaurants. The kitchen and dining area feature:
-Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals at home – cookware, tableware, and utensils are included.
-Dining table with seating for 8 people
-Keurig Coffee Maker & 2 Coffee Pots. Coffee is included in welcome package.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms
After a day soaking up the sun on the water and exploring Traverse City, soak in the bathtub fall asleep in one of the many comfortable bedrooms within the home. Clean sheets, blankets, and towels will be provided before arrival. What a dreamy home and location! Every detail was thoughtfully planned, from the AMAZINGLY equipped kitchen to games for every age in case of a rainy day - and life jackets in every size to enjoy the waterfront. The host was quick to respond when needed and the area in general is beautiful and serene. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home and grounds! Being on Duck Lake was perfect for swimming and kayaking. We were able to dock a pontoon at the dock, and enjoyed the firepit. The deck was perfect for morning and evening meals, and the kitchen was well stocked. Our kids enjoyed the various yard games. The location was very convenient to coffee, a grocery, and a farmer's market in Interlochen, and a short drive to Traverse City with great restaurants. Highly recommend this home!

This house is beautiful, with a huge yard! We went up for a girls weekend. Plenty of space to cook, hang out together. Lots of games at the house. A short drive to Traverse city, and the winery. Would love to stay again in the summer to get more use out of the lake.

This property has it all. We enjoyed a private lake beach and pier, kayaking, ping pong, board games, driveway pickleball and a kitchen with a perfect view of the lake. Sip your morning coffee from the upper deck high top table. While eating your homemade dinner prepared in the well-appointed kitchen, you can view the lake from the spacious dining room table. This home is so comfortable you won't want to leave.
