The house was perfect for our group of 10. The deck overlooking the water was the highlight of my morning as I enjoyed my coffee. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen FULLY stocked. Paul was very attentive to our needs and was easy to get in touch with. The neighborhood was quiet and a very short walk to the beach. We had a great stay and recommend it for large groups.

This is the second time we have rented this house for our annual beach weekend. It is spacious and well equipped for our large family. It has easy excess to the beach. We hope to rent it again next year!
