Highly sought after ground floor unit provides abundant open space and direct access to the barbecue grill and pool. Plenty of free parking close to the condo for your convenience. Poipu Sands is positioned between the Grand Hyatt Kauai and The Point at Poipu. Keoneloa Bay is home to the popular Shipwreck Beach. So many activities are close by for your enjoyment: Golf, Shopping, Dining, Beach access, Hiking, Biking, ATV rides, and Zip line adventures as well as on-site activities like Tennis, Pool, and Pickle Ball!
A short stroll to the east will lead you to the mile long white sands of Shipwreck's beach. This beach is popular for sunbathing, bodysurfing, boogie boarding and surfing. Wonderful hiking trails along Shipwreck rock and well renowned Poipu Bay golf course offer picturesque views of Keoniloa bay and Mahauleupu's coastline. Between the months of November to March, Keoniloa Bay is a playground for humpback whales.

To-Ha was a great host. Clear and timely communication, and even was flexible and let us extend our trip by a day when the family we were going to stay with next got sick. The condo had everything we needed for our family of four. Wonderful location, clean and updated interior, well stocked kitchen. Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo in an amazing setting! The condo was well appointed with views of the ocean from the patio. Just a short walk to the beach and shipwreck trailhead. Highly recommend!

What a great stay at To-Ha and Ryan’s condo in Poipu Sands. Short walk to Shipwreck beach, short drives to many restaurants and shops. Very spacious and immaculate condo with access to a great pool within a short walk. We would definitely return. Thanks To-Ha!

My husband and I enjoyed 14 days in this lovely condo. We have stayed at Poipu Sands twice before and have always been impressed with the units and location. This condo was no exception! It was immaculate and very tastefully decorated. Communication with the owner was spot on and the first floor location provided easy access. Walking to Poipu Beach and seeing all the basking turtles and monk seals was an added bonus. We would not hesitate to recommend it or stay there again if we visit the beautiful garden isle once more.
