PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.

Excellent communication from management. Great location facing Shipwreck beach!
Only suggestion would be to remove the really stiff spring arm on the front door.............waaaaay too much tension to open the door with your hands full or with little kids.

The condo was in as beautiful a setting as one could wish for. A bit noisy as we were on the ground floor and many passers by. Appliances are rather old and screens fell off windows a few times. Otherwise it was perfect.

A beautiful location, watch the sun rise every morning and the stars at night. The unit is dated , and continuous maintenance while we were here.
Full sun in am and very hot, by 10:00 am the sun is blocked by the overhang. Very poor hot water in master shower. Rooms are large. NO AC when trade winds stop can get uncomfortable but there are ceiling and floor fans( get noisy) back bedroom gets very humid and hot. Many screens missing or broken on the louvered windows. Nice kitchen but microwave is broken and no sharp knives.
The walking trail from shipwrecks to Poipu is 10 steps away the location is wonderful with a large green belt in front and you see the beach and waves at shipwrecks without any obstruction.
