About this apartment rental
Welcome to our spacious 3bed/3 bath family friendly condo located at the Palisades Condo Complex right off of Horseshoe Bend. This unit is located on the waterfront of the main channel at the 14 mm. This complex is exceptionally maintained with 3 outdoor pools and the main pool within steps from the front door of our unit. (open Memorial Day weekend and closes Labor Day weekend)
This spacious unit with 1600 square ft is fully furnished and only a half flight of stairs down from the parking lot. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a large master bath suite and a lakefront view. Two guest bedrooms each have queen beds and their own en suite bathroom. Additionally in the third bedroom there is a futon that can be used as a sleeping space as well as 2 single twin blow-up mattresses. Full linens are supplied as well as beach towels for pool use. Spacious, open floor plan with breakfast bar as well as dining room table. The kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience. Walkout from the living room to your own private, screened in patio with a sectional outdoor couch as well as a outdoor counter-height table and chairs which overlook a stunning 180 degree view of the main channel and the main pool. BBQ grill and a Blackstone are available to use as well. There are flat screen tv's in all bedrooms as well as the living room. Tv's are all smart..bring your passwords for Netflix, etc.
Boaters: The Palisades docks are protected by a wave break. You're welcome to fish from the docks.
Boat slip available upon request for an additional fee. Unfortunately no boat ramp on site and no trailers can be kept on site. Shawnee Bend is the closest public boat ramp.

Our property is smoke free, pet free, and we have a minimum age for rental of 30.

Our host messaged me with all our details and info in plenty of time, and was very helpful. The place was in a great location for the restaurant and bars we wanted. Looked exactly like the photos, and the veiw of the lake was breath taking. I Highly recommend this rental! We had 3 couples on our trip... we all had our own space as well as plenty of room around the condo for games, meal prep and just hanging out!
Great food ideas JB hooks, tucker shuckers, the rusty rooster cafe.
