The condo and location were great

They are not flexible with early check in, 4 pm was too late we had an event we came to town for and needed to get ready or late check out its at 10 am, hotels usually give you until 11 am and are more flexible. Even though I asked from the date of booking to check in early and called to be told it would probably not be a problem they also told me they would let me know by email the day of by 10 am if we could check in early. This was a huge inconvenience as we had to make other arrangements to shower before our event. The day of they did not send an email be 10 am but did send a text at 12 pm saying we could check in to come on over, by this time we had made other arrangements. While the property was nice I would probably stay in a hotel next time since they have always been more flexible at the Lake. Also I checked and this property was not rented the night before our stay they just wanted to stick to the strict check in. So you dont actually get 48 hours in the property.
