Welcome to Emerald Summit! This top floor, 4-bedroom, 3-bath condo sleeps up to 10 guests, features a game room, and panoramic views of the lake! PRIME location at mile marker 14, and situated directly across from one of two pools and the tennis court. The Emerald Bay complex is highly sought after and centrally located just off Horseshoe bend, just minutes from the Bagnell Dam Strip, Osage Beach, several golf courses, and tons of lakefront bars and restaurants including Shady Gators, H-Toads, Dock Knockers and so much more!
Kitchen and Dining Area
This bright, modern kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a wine cooler, a drip coffee maker and a breakfast bar with seating for four. It flows seamlessly into the dining area where there is a formal dining area with seating for six.
Living Room
The vaulted ceilings in the living room provide an open and airy feel. A stone wall centers the space with a mounted flat screen TV and an electric fireplace for the cozy nights in. There is a leather couch, two accent chairs, and a reading nook with lake views. There is access to the lakefront balcony from the living area.
Master Suite
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, nightstands, flat screen TV, a closet, a reading nook and access onto the balcony. There is an attached bathroom with a single vanity sink and a shower/tub combo.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, flat screen TV, and a closet for clothing storage.
Bedroom 3
The third bedroom features a twin over King bunk bed with a twin trundle, a flat screen TV and a closet.
Bathroom 2
The second bedroom is located between the second and third bedrooms and features a single vanity sink and tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 4
The fourth bedroom is located upstairs and features a queen-sized bed, nightstands, a mounted flat screen TV, and a single vanity sink with a standalone shower.
Loft/Game Room
The loft is the perfect place for some friendly competition, featuring 5 arcade style games!
Outside
Outside on the balcony you will find a large glass top table with seating for six and gorgeous views of the lake. (Gas grills and fireplaces are banned from the Emerald Bay Complex).

Neighborhood Description
The Emerald Bay Condominium Complex offers access to two pools and a tennis court. The complex is located on Horseshoe Bend, just minutes from the Bagnell Dam Strip, which offers amazing restaurants, family fun, and nightlife experiences. Just a hop and a skip away from all the shopping bars and dining experiences of Osage Beach.
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $250 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.
***Credit card fees are not refunded if a reservation is canceled
