This condo offers a spectacular main channel view and is the total package! It can sleep 8 people comfortably in beds, 10 people max occupancy. One of the most sought-after complexes at Lake of the Ozarks and completely set-up for vacation rentals makes this an easy choice. The condo is only 6 steps down from parking. It features a king bed appointed master suite, the second bedroom has a queen bed, the third bedroom has 2 twin beds and there is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. There are three Smart TVs creating the perfect choice for your family to enjoy private time. This is a beautifully appointed condo with an open floorplan providing an awesome lakeview throughout. In addition to all this, there is a nice screened in lakeview deck and to complete the package. The package is complete with cable TV, Alexa, and WiFi. This is the perfect condo for golfers, women's weekends and families but the Palisades Condo Complex is not a good choice for party groups as this complex is an upscale gated community. The complex offers a couple outdoor seasonal swimming pools and is located near the top of Horseshoe Bend Parkway making it convenient to all the lake area attractions including both Four Seasons Golf Courses, The Ridge and The Cove. The Bagnell Dam Strip area and the Osage Beach Factory Outlet Mall are just minutes away. Pack your bags, get the kids in the car and head to the Lake to enjoy this beautiful condo. John and his staff were great to work with—quickly answering any questions and concerns we had. The Palisades Condos are situated in a great location close to dining, recreation, etc. The pools and outside areas are very clean and well maintained.

Convenient, clean,condo with a great view. The number of steps from the parking lot was minimal compared to most other units. Gate code, condi code, and trash room codes worked just like they should have. Wifi worked well with plenty of plugs for charging

Palisades Condominiums are in a fabulous location just 1 mile from highway 54 which is loaded with restaurants, activities and shops as well as the Bagnall dam strip area. The condo’s view of the lake could not be more beautiful and perfect for viewing the holiday fireworks!
The condo was clean, neat and ready to occupy.
We highly recommend it.
