We were there for Bikefest.
The good: This place was perfect for our stay. It was well-kept and clean. The beds were comfortable. The garage was great, which was ideal for securing our motorcycles in the evening, and the main reason for us booking this place.
The Bad: As mentioned by others, it is a very steep ramp to go down to the place. Not a big deal for us since we rode our motorcycles there, but I can definitely see someone with a trailer, having difficulty. But it is still doable, with some ingenuity. Also... and this was more of an annoyance... for some reason, the vanity and toilet on the main floors were smaller and lower than the others. Weird. but it was annoying (LOL). If you're short, probably no big deal. But if you are taller, like myself, the vanity and toilet on the lower level seem to be a bit more normal. But to be perfectly honest, this was more of a weird annoyance, rather than an actual complaint. Easily overlooked. And I would take these with a grain of salt. Definitely not a deal breaker.
The ugly: Appliances were fine but definitely outdated. Could probably use new ones. Again, not a big deal for us, we didn't do much cooking or have much in the fridge, as we were out riding, most of the day, and eating around town. Also, as it is a townhome, you do have to share the back deck with a neighbor. We got lucky as no one was there.
Overall, I would say it was a great place to stay and I would recommend staying here. The location was ideal. Easy to get to all the bike rally locations in the area. Nice roads leading to the place and out again. it was very comfortable and cozy and had plenty of room to spread out. I would actually give it 4.5 out of 5 stars, as my complaints are minor and more of just an honest perspective, compared to other comparable places I've rented. I would definitely rent this place next year, if available.
