The house was in a perfect location. It had all that we needed, was clean and spacious! We were very happy to be able to use the garage. Traveled there on motorcycles so the driveway was a bit of a challenge for 5 touring bikes to turn around so being able to park in the garage was a big plus. Also were able to use some of the floating devices for the water , enjoyed the table and seating on the dock. Rented a pontoon boat the one day. The use of the dock made the logistics of it all so much better since we were on bikes. Had one person go pick up the boat and drive it back to dock at the house to pick up the rest of the crew. The lake was very nice , water was fairly warm ( were there 2nd week in Sept) No complaints about the house at all. Had a great time and would definitely go back! Never been to the ozarks (live in PA ) loved the area and the surrounding areas. Just beautiful. Local residents were also very friendly. Would definitely recommend.

A week of family, food and fun was amazing on this Lakefront beauty. This house had everything a group could ask for. Plenty of dishes, glasses and flatware for multiple full table meals. It was all the little touches that made this such a great stay. The stand alone ice machine is genius! Jept us all stocked all week! These guys do it right, even checking in on us to make sure everything was top notch. We will be back!

We rent a place at the Lake once a year and this has been one of our best rentals so far! Tom the property manager is on top of things and quickly responds to any questions you may have. Very pleasant person. When we arrived the A/C was already turned on (which works fantastic by the way) and the house was so clean! The kitchen space was perfect for multiple cooks with plenty of pantry and counter space. The built-in wet bar with ice maker was great and kept bar traffic away from the kitchen space. There is a garage refridgerator which is so handy for a large crowd for water bottles etc. The layout of the house provides wonderful views of the Lake from almost every room.
The outdoor space was great also. Plenty of parking on sight as our grown kids came from various places with their own cars. The deck and dock provided so much wonderful outdoor time. So many fun dock toys from paddle boards to a lily pad. We found a little private launch for our jet skiis a couple of coves over (honor system $5 in and $5 out) less than 6 miles by car.

Way too short. Great place for our family vacation. The property is well kept and the caretaker is very attentive to details.
