Gulf Access Home with a Boat Dock and Pool

Great quiet location on a canal. Just needed a boat.

From beginning to end Joanna was fantastic! She was quick to respond to our questions and checked in with us at the beginning and end of our trip. The house was exactly as advertised and there was a binder on the counter with everything we needed to know. I loved the bright open concept living area and outdoor patio. We had a small issue with the plumbing but it was addressed the next day. The only thing I wish we had was Wifi on the patio and a heated pool. Although it was refreshing! We stayed 2 weeks and loved every minute of our stay here. It was hard to say goodbye.

10 plus rating for host Joanna Very responsive and helpful with a few minor issues during our stay quickly resolved. Location is very safe and great access to restaurants and walking distance to local beach. Home has good upgrades notably in kitchen with newer appliances and countertops.Has that beachy spacious comfortable feeling inside . Good value overall at price point understanding some touch up exterior maintenance required around pool floor area,.. paint, stucco repair on house and repair missing eaves side of house. None of this detracts from enjoyment but more or less for cosmetic appearances. Bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and beds were comfortable...only guest bathtub needing an upgrade as it pasts its expiry date. Joanna mentioned it will be replaced-upgraded soon. Pool is not heated but during our stay in March it was not really needed. I would definitely rent from this host again.
