About this house rental
NEW LISTING...a beautifully updated 2700 sq. ft., 3 bedroom home located in Cape Coral's Yacht Club neighborhood. The house has 2 spacious living room areas with multi-slide patio doors that open up to the heated pool. The spacious screened lanai has a grill, dining table and loungers for you to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather. Enjoy the concrete patio on the water. The home is located at the end of a canal on a huge triple lot so you will have plenty of privacy from your neighbors while enjoying the outdoor spaces.
The master bedroom has a king bed, 65" smart TV, and a sliding door that leads to the lanai and pool. The other two spacious bedrooms both have king beds as well as a 50" smart TV. All 3 bedrooms have walk-in closets and the master bedroom has 2 seperate walk-in closets. The kitchen has a passthrough window out to the lanai and all appliances are new and includes a seperate wine fridge to host your favorite wines.
The neighborhood has walking paths along the streets so you can safely enjoy your daily walks. We also have two cruiser bikes in the garage that you are weclome to use. You are minutes away from local restaurants, bars, shopping and Cape Coral's own Yacht Club Boat House open air restaurant & beach. Gulf access by boat is 7 minutes to the Caloosahatchee River and another 20 minutes to the to the Gulf of Mexico. We have a property manager who lives minutes away and she is available should you have any questions or concerns during your stay. Come enjoy this beautiful property and all it has to offer. This villa was so spacious clean and homely! We were all very pleased with it!! Very comfortable, and all had a great time. The area was so quiet and peaceful! Ideal for relaxing around the lovely pool. But only a short drive from numerous shops and restaurant's. We hired a boat for fishing and visiting the beautiful islands of SW florida.! would definitely recommend a stay here!! Deserves a 5* rating

Wonderful home with Jeff and Noreen being extremely accommodating and gracious hosts. My wife and I spent the month of March 2026 there and could not be happier. Everything was as listed or better and we did not experience even one issue while we were there and we will be back in 2027. The amenities of the house were wonderful with the kitchen being fully stocked with everything you could ask for. The pool area was very clean and spacious as well as private along with plenty of options for seating. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms exceeded expectation. The proximity of the location was quiet with a very short drive to eating and entertaining establishments. Do not hesitate when considering renting this home. Steve and Karen

My family and I really enjoyed our vacation at this home! The house was spotless and very well maintained. Pool towels and extra linens were thoughtfully provided, which was a great touch. The kitchen was beautiful and fully stocked with plates, utensils, and everything we needed. The location was also perfect—centrally located and convenient to everything. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to rent this home again in the future!
