About this villa rental
Just Escape – to an exceptional home with tons of amenities in a beautiful location right on the water. This property has it all: huge heated pool, large patio, beautiful built-in outdoor kitchen, great dock with boat lift, brand new furniture, kitchen, and bathrooms, kayaks, fishing poles, bicycles, beach essentials, and so much more. And to top it off, Just Escape is located on a wide sailboat access canal, it has southern exposure, and it sits in a quiet cul-de-sac street right in the middle of our desirable Yacht club area in SE Cape Coral. It really cannot get much better.
Lots of great restaurants are right around the corner. A beautiful Farmer’s Market is not even 5 minutes away, so are grocery stores, a Starbucks, ice cream places, bars, tiki-huts, and the list goes on.
The pool area and outdoor kitchen are the highlight of this gorgeous home. You can spend all day playing and swimming in the oversized heated pool or just relax poolside, read a good book and take in the rays. In the evenings you can enjoy great BBQ dinners and of course some well-deserved drinks and just relish life.
The kayaks invite for some great tours through our canals. Or you can rent a boat end discover our wonderful islands and beaches.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals.
All rooms have smart TVs.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and a dresser. It has an attached beautiful modern bathroom with a great walk-in shower.
One guest bedroom has 2 queen size beds, and the other guest bedroom has 1 queen size bed.
The full guest bathroom is very spacious with a wonderful walk-in shower and access to the pool area.
Owners allow 1 non-shedding dog up to 25 lbs. A pet fee of $150 applies. Pre-approval needed. NO cats allowed

This is a wonderful property for a family vacation. The house is extremely clean and well stocked. Andrea was an excellent host and responded promptly to all questions. The pool is great for spending a relaxing day, and the canal is awesome for fishing. The location is in close proximity to restaurants/shopping and is in a good neighborhood for walking and biking. My family had an amazing vacation at this wonderful property!
