About this villa rental
The villa is close to the beach in the yacht club area of Cape Coral. From the villa you can get to Sanibel or Captiva Island very quickly without bridges or locks with a rental boat from a local rental agency. The villa was built in 2009 on an 'over-size' plot. The a/c living area is 2,540 sqft. Pool area: 1,600 sqft. A 30ft pool with a 16 ft infinty edge and a separate jacuzzi invite you to enjoy the pool or to relax. In the evening, guests can enjoy a romantic cocktail under their tiki hat directly behind the terrace on the boat dock.

Gorgeous home and area. We were very happy with furnishings and items provided.BIG disappointment was with property mgr, Remy, who was aware that pool pump was not operating correctly, but didn't fix after numerous texts. The pump not only allows the pool to skim/clean, it also is forces the water to flow over edge, which is quite a big issue for an infinity pool. One of our main reasons for choosing this home was the infinity pool. We stayed at this property last year as well and had all the same experiences as before. The poll area is great, the kitchen is huge and well stocked with all the appliances one could need, and the living and sleeping space is more than enough! Great overall experience again!

Beautiful home as advertised. Unfortunately we weren't able to take advantage of the canal/boat dock due to the results of Ian. However, the home and amenities were great. FYI...plan on spending a couple hundred bucks to heat the pool during the week.
We will definitely stay here again!
