The house was lovely, well-appointed, and very clean -- important things in a VRBO property! I'd highly recommend it just for that, but I really enjoyed staying in Cape Coral! Great restaurants, great location for the activities I wanted to do. And there is a burrowing owl next door!

We lived in the Cape for 17 years and wanted to visit, this house was perfectly situated for the week. We had everything we needed and more, we literally felt at home. The memories made at a reasonable price were so special. We’ll definitely be back to visit again, we feel like we have found our place to stay

We enjoyed seeing the burrowing owls in the next vacant lot and on our walks to the beach. The 3 BR/3BA was perfect fot the 4 of us. We enjoyed the pool area! Location made it easy to shop for groceries and beverages.

Had a great weekend at Gia's Villa once again, our 2nd time and will not be our last time!! Brought our boat, went out on the boat every day, fished from the dock, and caught a blue crab! Swam in the beautifully updated pool every day! So impressed with the additional bathroom since our last stay and a remodeled bathroom, beautiful! My son was so happy he didn't have to share a bathroom with his two sisters this visit!! We really lucked out, we left and Hurricane Ian now bringing awful weather, we are so happy it didn't ruin our long weekend getaway....we will return, our go-to Cape Coral favorite place to go, thank you!
