Villa Coral home with heated pool andclose to Cape Coral beach

Great location. Close to several restaurants, farmer’s market and shopping. Walkable neighborhood. Enjoyed the bikes provided. Hosts responded within 15 minutes when we had questions and addressed a few minor issues within a few hours. Wonderful pool and lanai. We would definitely stay at Villa Coral again.

This cute house was a perfect spot for first time VRBO guests. The house is bright and spacious. When you first walk in the door you can see out to the pool. It is in a very quiet neighborhood. The hosts are very friendly and respond quickly to any questions we had.

Just a really good comfortable stay! You really feel like you’re at home. The hosts were very friendly and very welcoming as well.

The only negative we have is that there property is a little more "shabby" than the photos appear. Specifically, Ice maker was broken but they left us a bag of ice. Cupboard door was broken. Shower leaked but it was fixed immediately. Water damage from lots of rain & overfull gutters. Vents, light fixtures & fans all dusty. This was minor enough to us that it did not affect the stay.The positives: the pool was in great shape & clean. Lots of pool towels provided. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of bedding. All utensils & cookware you would need. All the amenities that we utilized were clean. Plenty of parking. Location was convenient. The communication during our stay was excellent!!
