Cozy and comfortably furnished, this apartment is a peaceful retreat after an eventful day at the beach, a long bike ride, an outing, or other activities. The apartment offers a place of peace and relaxation in every season. The apartment is accessible via a separate entrance and features a small terrace with patio furniture. The well-maintained, spacious communal garden is perfect for relaxing and playing.
The 80-square-meter, non-smoking “Wintergarten” apartment is located on the first floor and can accommodate up to 4 people plus a baby. It features a living/dining room with satellite TV, a radio, and an armchair. The open kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, toaster, egg cooker, and toaster. The apartment also features a large sunroom with a dining table, 4 chairs, a high chair, a Ralax lounge chair, and a cozy reading nook. The sunroom opens directly onto the terrace. The two bedrooms are furnished with double beds and wardrobes; one of the bedrooms also has an additional TV. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, shower, sink, and hair dryer.
A parking space is included with the apartment. There is a storage area available for bicycles.



The vacation home at Am Deich 30 is a little gem. Located right on the dike, in the midst of a stunningly beautiful garden where “pure nature” still lives up to its promise, this quaint, traditional thatched-roof house—typical of the region—features four oases of relaxation where you can leave the stresses of everyday life behind. Each apartment has its own terrace with patio furniture and a parking space. Bicycle storage is also available.
Within a 5–10-minute walk: playground on the beach, North Sea lagoon, play barn for children, bowling, many restaurants, bike rental, bakery, souvenir shops, and much more.
Accessible by bike or car: Fedderwardersiel fishing harbor (3 km) and the Wega II sightseeing boat, grocery stores, a climbing garden, Melkhäuser, Feldhausen Dike Sheep Farm, and Center Parcs Tossens with the Aqua Mundo water park.



On-site fees: The visitor’s fee is settled on site with the property management. A linen package can be rented on site for €17.00 per person. In the “Wintergarten,” “Deichblick,” and “Möwennest” apartments, two dogs are welcome for an additional fee of €5.00 per day. Pets are not allowed in the “Heidefirst” apartment.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and check-out is available from 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM.
