Large living area as well as family room with 12 foot high ceilings and a fireplace. Stone floors on bottom level and hardwood floors throughout upstairs and bedrooms. All bedrooms with large and walk-in closets and their own private baths. Master bath is custom-made with double sinks and double shower/tubs. Detached gated garage with one parking spot in the back of the property. Beautiful landscaping and much more.

Absolutely stunning from start to finish…brilliant location, very clean and wonderful Management company. Junior was very helpful to check us in at a late hour. House is well stocked, with every amenity needed - “home away from home” - Thank you!

I stayed here with my husband & two sons. Overall, nice house & amazing location. I'll start by saying that the property managers are amazing and communication was very easy and they were very nice.
PROS:
1. Amazing location! Walking distance to so many restaurants and literally across Melrose from the Improv.
2. Great layout and large home.
3. Very nice management.
CONS:
1. Smelled overwhelmingly of weed (we don't smoke).
2. They did not provide coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, essential pots for cooking. I've never stayed at a VRBO that did not have the essentials. This is the whole reason of staying at a home with a kitchen instead of a hotel.
3. It was very difficult to park in the designated spot because of the car for the attached unit. They always parked far over and we all had to get out of the car first before parking.
4. There are shades everywhere in the house EXCEPT the master bathroom. The west sun comes in there and it's impossible to get ready in there. Plus, anyone can see you naked.
5. There was a constant buzzing every 4.5 minutes in the master bedroom and twin secondary bedroom. It sounded like a phone was going off all night long, which made rest impossible.
6. The downstairs AC never cooled efficiently. It never got under 75 degrees.
Overall, great house and if these issues could be resolved, it would definitely be a top choice.
