Layout of the property suited our needs perfectly. The kitchen is immaculate and great way to save money by being able to cook meals in-house. Hosts are super quick to respond and extremely helpful. Great value for the money and would definitely book this space again. Neighborhood was also a plus, plenty of essentials within walking distance of the property.

Not so much of a negative, but just be aware that the property parking is shared so my family having a larger suv was a tight fit, but totally fine with no issues. You may seem some comments regarding the need for a paint touch-up for the interior, but for us it didn’t take away from the great value that this place has to offer.

spacious, multilevel, smart house.

Spacious, plenty of towels, toiletries. New and hardly used appliances, large refrigerator, multi level privacy. (Note. Bring your own bottle opener and wine cork). They probably had them, and these tend to get “misplaced”.

The thermostat was a bit challenging, but the hosts were responsive and made sure I had it working. The couch, walls and rugs were a bit weathered. The beds were too firm for my liking, but they look plush. The pillows could use an upgrade. I have no complaints, it could really use a few upgrades and it would look so much better. Definitely the scuff marks along the stairwells, new rugs and couch. The beds look comfy, but they are super firm /hard. I rather enjoyed navigating multiple levels of stairs, it was great exercise shlepping up cases of water and groceries. However, for some guests maybe install a dumb waiter. The parking was greatly appreciated. Each unit had a lane. I had a compact and could negotiate the space. My neighbor had a large suv, but we got along brilliantly. Maybe I’m nitpicking, but I prefer hotel policies on housekeeping, namely, they do it all. -Dishes, and rubbish: These homes are very well built, look luxurious, with modern appliances. Truly, if there were upgrades on bedding/toiletries, maybe a butler “concierge” service, it would be more like a stay at the St Regis Aspen.

Loved it

Wow! 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, A.C., full kitchen, great location. Worked out great for our on the go family and also for hanging out and resting after activities. The host was immediately responsive to questions and so kind to check in and make sure we were doing well. Would stay here again!

Neighbors were a little loud at times, but that isn't the fault of the owner!

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und sauber. Die Küche ist mit sämtlichen Utensilien ausgestattet. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert bestens. Das Wohnzimmer ist gemütlich eingerichtet.

Die Lage des Hauses war nicht dort, wo es auf der Karte bei Booking .com angezeigt wird. Wir haben dieses Haus gewählt, weil es sehr zentral gelegen wäre und wir zu Fuß den Walk of Fame erreicht hätten. Leider erfährt man erst einige Stunden vor dem Einzug die Lage. Der kleine Garten, wie auf einem Foto angezeigt, ist nicht vorhanden. Das Zimmer im Erdgeschoß verfügt über keinen Kasten.
