The apartment is very clean and beautiful!

There were a few things that needed to be addressed but it did not affect our stay. The parking is not included with the booking, and that was definitely useful to have. The parking around the area are only 1 hour.

Location

Several things were not ok and made it an unpleasent experience. 1) Dishwasher not working, with an annoying alarm. It was dirty, mold inside. When owner was informed, the answer was: Thanks for letting me know. Please notice nobody rents a place to stay in worse conditions than at you own home. Dishwasher for a family group is a must have. Judged by the conditions, the device was not working for a while. 2) Bathroom downstairs floooded the living room. We had to dry all the floor by hand. Owner new about this issue, as I found out on previous reviews. 3) Bathroom upstairs has a leak. 4) Parking extra 30 dolares per day 5) 200 dollars potential fees if keys are lost?? 6) Several early unconfortable messsages via sms and booking chat about the house rules and how bad experiences the owner previously had with other guests?? Why doing it like that?... Even after all this issues and not friendly communication style, I still got two times a message asking for a 5 star review within 24hrs in exchange of $25.
