About this apartment rental
Our beautiful penthouse apartment is located on a Jack Nicklaus designed, desert style, Championship golf course on the amazing resort of Las Terrazas de la Torre. It is surrounded by nature, with several nice beaches less than a 20 minute drive away. Here you are able to enjoy your freedom, sunbathe, take a cool dip in the pool, read in the shade of the trees, make memories with your family & experience stunning sunrise & golf course views from our private terrace. Our lovely penthouse apartment is situated on the third floor, which can be accessed by lift. Privacy & peace is provided, along with comfort & amenities to make your stay an entirely pleasurable experience. We offer a fully equipped kitchen diner & living area along with two twin bedrooms and a full bathroom.
There are air conditioning units in both bedrooms & the kitchen/living area, keeping the apartment cool during the summer months & warm during the winter.
Excellent WiFi, a charcoal BBQ & board games will add to your enjoyment.
There is also a shared roof terrace where you are able to enjoy more vistas of the setting sun. You can park for free outside the apartment, take advantage of the electric charging stations & relax knowing the resort has 24/7 security.
On the resort you can enjoy golf, using the full set of men’s right handed golf clubs including bag which we provide, relax by the pool, let your children spend time at the playgrounds, play pétanque or grab a drink & some food at the restaurant.
Las Terrazas de la Torre is surrounded by fruit fields & is a short distance from the fabulous beaches on the Mar Menor. Within 5 minutes drive, you will find many wonderful restaurants. Both the lively city of Murcia & the beautiful port of Cartagena can be reached by car within 30 minutes.
Corvera (Murcia) airport is only a 20 minute drive away & Alicante airport can be accessed within 1 hour.
A travel cot & high chair are provided for your children, along with toys & games. Your children are guaranteed a great time, splashing about in the pool & making new friends at the playground, while you can relax.
