2 bed Penthouse Golf & garden view apartment on Las Terrazas de La Torre resort. Set amidst tropical gardens & right next to the pool. This first floor apartment is set overlooking the ‘desert style’ course of ‘Las Saurines’ (Jack Nicklaus designed 18 hole golf course) with stunning views from the spacious terrace. There is ample comfortable seating to relax with a glass of wine or enjoy a barbecue al fresco. The terrace enjoys amazing views of the resort, sand dunes, orange & lemon groves and mountains beyond. There is comfortable seating to enjoy the afternoon & sunsets. The terrace also has a dining table and seating for 4 to eat & enjoy the Mediterranean life.
The master bedroom is air conditioned with a double bed & access onto the terrace. with a cafe table for your morning coffee or juice.
The second bedroom has two single beds.
The apartment has an open plan concept living dining area, air conditioned with International TV & WiFi & dining seating for 4. There is an elevator & stairs. There is private parking outside the apartment.
There is also a communal roof terrace that guests may enjoy.

Perfectly positioned within the resort and a short distance from the ‘town centre’ of the resort new clubhouse & restaurant, bars, golf pro shop & Spar supermarket. The resort is a destination in itself & you can access the ‘town centre’ and facilities of its sister resort of La Torre close by. The resort is nestled between Roldan & Balsicas allowing access to a wide selection of bars & restaurants. Murcia International airport is a 12 minute drive & the beaches of the Mar Menor 15 minutes. Alicante about 40 minutes away. Beautiful Murcia & Cartagena, rich in culture, are close by. Equally, you are 25 minutes drive to Puerto de Mazarron.
