This modern first floor apartment offers light and spacious accommodation with spectacular views. From the balcony you are also able to see the swimming pool. There are two bedrooms with capacity for 4 people.
From the living room there is access to a large terrace with stunning views and an immaculate garden/pool area, ideal for enjoying the sun, even during the winter. The front terrace offers views over the orange groves and if you time your visit for late March, early April you will be treated to sweet smelling blossoms.
There is a fully fitted kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, hob, washing machine and fridge freezer. The apartment is cleanly decorated with a modern feel and attention to detail. There is secure underground parking accessed via a lift.
