A peaceful, central place to stay.
Flat in Mimizan-Plage on the first and top floor of a detached house. You can do everything on foot! It’s ideally situated. The flat is a 1-minute 30-second walk from the beach and less than a minute from all the shops. It is very close to the shops and the beach without any of the associated nuisances. It is situated halfway between Garluche Beach and Les Ailes Beach.
The duplex flat, measuring 70m² (square metreage) and 88m² of floor space, comprises:
- 1 room with a living area and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with 1 fridge, 1 freezer, 1 dishwasher, an induction hob, a microwave, an oven, a bean-to-cup coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle and a blender. The living room has a television.
- 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower and a washing machine
- 1 separate toilet
- 3 bedrooms: The first has a 160 bed, the second, which is smaller, has a bunk bed, and the third, upstairs, has a 160 bed.
- A second small living area upstairs with a very large-screen TV (2 TVs in total) + 1 cot, children’s books and toys, and a play mat.
The flat is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi.
The flat also has a large 18m² terrace.
A parking space is reserved for the flat.
Summer: rentals from Saturday to Saturday only
Bed linen, towels and cleaning are not included in the price. If you would like to include any of these services in your booking, please contact me before making the reservation.
If you do not wish to take the cleaning option, you will be required to carry out a full clean of the flat.
Option rates (excluding the Abritel platform’s guest commission):
- cleaning: €110 per stay,
- bed linen: €17 per bed,
- bath towels: €9 per person.
