Old house typical of the Landes 200 m from the ocean and the city center, quiet area, car-free holidays with garden of 500 m2 exposed to the sun all day, 2 bedrooms of 12 and 20 m2 and a small bedroom with twin beds, ideal for 4/5 people although 6 beds are offered.

The house with a large garden is located in a quiet area. Nevertheless, the sea and the center of Mimizane plage can be reached very quickly by bike. Uncomplicated and very nice landlord, we were allowed to use everything that was in the house. Unfortunately, the cleanliness, especially the kitchen, left something to be desired. All in all a very nice and relaxed holiday.
