Nice chalet surrounded by greenery located on the south side of Mimizan, residential area. 400 meters from the sea in the center of the forest, current shops and cycle paths, covered terrace, private enclosed garden of 150 m2. Car not essential.

Bien placée, agréable, calme.
Besoin de faire un effort sur le ménage. Les dessus de matelas sont à changer. Les dessus de lits sont à changer (très usés surtout dans le lit double)
