House in Mimizan Plage South side, fully renovated, all comfort quiet area. Ideal location 200m from the ocean (supervised beaches) 50 m from the current and the bridge, very pleasant for morning walks and sunset, 400 m from the market and at the foot of bike paths. Everything is within walking distance (grocery store, indoor market, beaches, pedestrian street, surf school, jet rental, shops, casino, restaurants, entertainment ...).
House of 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom 1 bed 140, 1 bedroom 1 bed 140 + 2 bunk beds 90), bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen, living room dining room + covered terrace.
Facilities: Wi fi, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, induction hob, oven pyrolysis, microwave, flat screen TV, coffee maker nespresso, electric kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, barbecue. ..
Possibility to park the car inside the land that is closed. Pet that can be accepted
Weekly rentals / fortnight, not necessarily from Saturday to Saturday to see.

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine chez Catherine!
La maison est vraiment très agréable, décorée avec goût, très bien agencée, lumineuse et très bien équipée. Les deux chambres sont très spacieuses, la literie est très bonne et le dressing dans chaque chambre est réellement un plus! Rien à dire sur la salle de bain qui est très grande avec une très belle douche à l'italienne!
Les extérieurs sont à l'image de la maison. Dommage que le beau temps n'était pas au rendez-vous!
Tout est à proximité : plage, commerces, restaurants.... Pas besoin de prendre la voiture!
Merci à Catherine pour les petites attentions à notre arrivée.
Très gros plus : les lits sont faits à l'arrivée, les serviettes de toilettes sont fournies!
Nous gardons précieusement ses coordonnées pour retourner à Mimizan.
